Very good!!! I bought this for my small business and I am really happy! Fast and low cost maintenance. Only problem is that in really small and busy prints stickers turn up a bit more red than the original. Apart from that I really adore this printer. Also very friendly and helpful customer service. Well done!
Interesting little printer I have to agree with another review that out of the box it was time consuming to install drivers and software. It’s not plug and play and its not click and print. I also found it difficult to hook up as a wired (usb) printer. It seems they are pushing for their app style printing with this device then on a PC computer. I am also not impressed with the color. Misalignment and color not the same as app Tested my new printer and was really excited to get labels I can put on bottles. The labels are great but two things I noticed I am not completely satisfied on: 1. Frames - either the label is off or the printing is... when I do a full frame that should bleed to the edges - the top is cropped a bit and the bottom has white trim. great all around the delivery of the product was on time. I got to play with it with the labels that came with it and it was nice. will be ordering the correct size labels for the product that i need it for. other then that i love it.

Great for my needs Needed colorful labels for kids, and I was attracted to the no-ink technology. It does the job: set-up with the WiFi was not as easy as I wish it would be, but I got through. The app (which I use interchangeably on a phone or tablet) is pretty easy to use once you understand how it works. I was able to download different art packs which was really good and helped made creative and colorful labels.
