Brother Vic-500w compact color printer review I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I do not consider myself a tech savvy or very technical person by any means. I did find this product to be user friendly. VC-W Not happy at all. I need to install at least 3 times the software, after that I was unable to print until I restart the machine 3 times.

Awful/Horrible product This product is awful. I spent hours trying to get it to connect to my laptop. I finally called customer service the next day and wasted hours of my time. They could not figure out why it did not connect to my laptop. Awful product. I send the product back. Please be aware DO NOT purchase this product. Waste of Time.
