Solar Panels I normally do not write reviews but I did want to say thank you to the installers and sales agent (Alex) for doing such a wonderful job. Alex walked us through step by step of how this process worked and the men installing the panels were very professional. Any questions we had and phone calls we made were answered immediately. Panels are great and I would definitely recommend Sunpower to my friends.

Great Experience Comments: After meeting with multiple installers I elected to use SunPower by Venture Solar to install my solar panels. I installed 35 SunPower X-21 335 watt solar panels. I felt comfortable with Venture because they were a local company, and the only SunPower Master Dealer in my area. 5 stars for Venture Solar team I had an excellent experience with Venture Solar! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Cary and Antonio were both outstanding, genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions clearly. The installation team was great too. Skilled, respectful, and finished the Job quickly without any mess. Highly recommend Venture Solar to anyone considering Solar panels!

WOrst Experience I turned down my home solar contract with another company for Venture Solar because they offered me a more affordable process, warranties, and price comparisons. However, after signing the contract, passing my credit check, spending more than two hours inside and outside my house inspecting, and receiving all of my documents and warranties, I spoke with IGS (the financial bank that provided the loan to the company) and provided my personal information. Horrible customer service Venture is great at selling you the package, projecting insane savings and once it’s all installed the follow through is awful. 2 years after my install I called to ask them to come out to look at the panels as I they were not producing what they should in full sun in the summer. What they did do is try to belittle me and tell me that my panels were fine. No service needed. To get me off the phone they said a supervisor would call me back. I’m still waiting. Talk, Delays, Poorest Service EVER I have spent literally days dealing with Venture Solar in an attempt to explore having solar installed. This includes the days for sales, complete pictures taken at least twice, analyzing connections, amount of sun, quoted costs, and of course an additional in person inspection. Also, there was a ton of contracts to be signed and every imaginable banking and credit info. poor experience We were approached by the company in early December and got enrolled. They said that the installation would be done within 2 weeks in Jan. This is June and we still have no word from them. They keep giving excuses.
roof leaking dec put on solar panels , no issues till march roof leaking they came bake 2 times for 20 minutes then said not there issues, not June 1 no call back ghosting my calls an text not in hand of insurance ceiling all wet and mold need panels to come down for new roof no answer next news channels next anyone looking run not one thing that they said what they was going to do that they did all lies
