Tim is inconsiderate We have been dealing with leaks in our roof since the panels were installed. We’ve waited several days for responses for this and when someone comes out to inspect the roof everything appears fine. Now our ceiling is damaged. Horrible company They completely messed up my system size. Now I get no benefits of solar, a huge electric bill and a solar bill! Not to mention that their customer service is about selling the panels. It takes forever to get anyone about issues. When you do theyll blame yourself or someone else. Don't buy here

Not very reliable Has been trying to contact venture solar for explanations as to why there is nothing in my solar bank. I was told someone would call, but it has been a month and no call. Received my second light bill and there is no credit at all. Need some explanation.
Horrible service I have been trying for the past 2 years to solve my issues with state inspection and still have not passed the state inspection. I have called and left massages and no one follows up and I never got anything that I was offered at presentation. Very disappointed with this company.
Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a senior citizen on a fixed budget and they promised that my bill will be fixed after their calculations, that the meter would be swapped, that I won't have to pay anything extra to electric company and that my wall which they destroyed would be fixed and looking as good as new. We have responded via email and phone many times, and offered to reimburse a bill out of good faith courtesy for any issues. The system was just enabled 2 months ago and winter production causes a lower offset, which was explained many times. Last email back to our management team was personal and unprofessional, and there was no remedy we could offer that was satisfactory. STAY AWAY Company is full of liars and quick talking scammers. There is zero customer service. When i got my system installed there was a problem and they couldn't get it to commission and were going to come back the next day. They never came back . a month later i got PTO and the system still didn't work. NO Customer Service after installation We had solar panels installed on our house. Company and sales team were great to work with - obviously wanted our money. Since the panels have been installed we have been INVADED by pigeons. Pigeons live under our solar panels, so many pigeons. A quick Google search allows you to see that solar panels attract pigeons. Very disappointed! Stay away from Venture Solar I chose to work with Venture Solar over larger (and cheaper) Solar companies hoping that in the instance of issues, they would be quick to resolve them and live up to what the advertised customer service. I could not be more disappointed with the (1) quality of the install, (2) the lack of communication when I reported the issues, (3) the urgency to resolve the issue, and ultimately (4) the lack of accountability in the end.
