Absolutely miserable service Venture Solar has one of the worst services I've ever seen from a company. I started talking to their sales representative along with other solar companies back in April. One of the deciding factors for us choosing Venture Solar was the promise that we can get our panels up and running by late June - early July. Well, we are in August and the panels just passed inspection.... They are still not online. For a month and a half, we've failed inspection again and again. Piece of **** 10 out of 30 panels installed are not working for months. These people promised to fix before we even notice and bullocks they didnt do nothing coz those 10 panels never worked in 6 months since installation. Worst experience from maintenance point of view. Total detest and would highly discourage anybody from going to them or even from going solar coz you might end up paying double both to your provider and also for the loan of solar installation.
Horrible service I chose to get a quote from venture after my brother and a coworker went with them. After sitting down and signing the contract with venture I was able to to get another quote in from Earthlight technologies. Earthlight was coming in at $15,000 less than venture with a few hundred kws less of generation. At this point I chose to cancel my contract with venture and go with Earthlight. Poor customer service So here's my solar process thus far: Great sales guy, explained the whole solar process to me, took his time and made sure it was clear. I signed the contract and we begun. Installation of panels was quick (2 weeks), it took however 2 months to have it turned on due to the multiple inspections and re-work and then re-inspections, the sales rep had mentioned it will take a while, though not that long but I was okay with it. Incredible incompetence Venture Solar is wildly incompetent and quite frankly I’m shocked they still exist considering how they treat their customers. The only thing these people specialize in is incompetence. They cost me 7 days of PTO due to their inability to make and keep an appointment, and to manage changes or even pick up the phone. Good product Bad Communication and too long You will research a lot of solar companies, and come to understand installing solar is a process. However, 10 months is too long to have everything up and running. I will say this about Venture, the sales person was by far the best experience and ONLY one who took my calls and returned them when there was an issue (and there were plenty of issues). High And dry Signed a contract and paid a deposit over 5 months ago. Great presentation, came to survey ,drew up designs , all great ,then nothing. Lack of follow up ,no Certificate of insurance, Sales person pushed us to tech dept . Our case worker left the company with out any notice or passing our contract to anyone else. New guy went on vacation after promising Il'l get right on it. Worst company service ever and WORST PANELS EVER this company installed my panels on my house back in 2020 , because my electric bill was average of $211 a month . They was quick to install my panels and have it up and running , while the contractor was installing a panel he drop it from the roof and hit my house damaging my siding . they said they was going to fix it ( but never came back to fix it ) 6 months in the I`ve notice the my electric bill was going back up from $70 to $111 every month I call the company many of ti... read more
DO NOT CHOOSE VENTURE SOLAR! DO NOT CHOOSE VENTURE SOLAR! We are currently in the middle of our solar panel installation and I could not be more dissatisfied. We started our solar project SEVEN weeks ago, and our solar panels - though finally installed - are still not hooked up/producing electricity.
