The system never turned on after 3 months of installation The sales person calls you and visits you relentlessly to get you on the hook to sign the contracts. After the solar panels are installed they disappeared, system never connected to PSEG. My utilities bill still very high. Now I stuck with the panel on my roof without having any promised benefits. When you contact venture solar. They said they are waiting for hear back. For 3 months??!!!
Unprofessional Scheduled an appointment and didn't bother to cancel. They called, but I block calls not in my contact list. They could have sent an email or at least cancelled the google invite they had sent. When I enquired about why they didn't notify, they said they "didn't want to waste my time". I suspect they didn't want to waste THEIR time. I wasted quite a bit of time waiting for them to not show up.
No support after install My system is suffering major production issues and the company is impossible to reach. All email locations I have are returning as invalid. They keep getting paid every month but seem completely unconcerned that my production is way off.

WORST. COMPANY. EVER! If you are looking for Solar companies, there are better ones out there. LOOK ELSEWHERE. When we first purchased our home, within a week, a guy knocked on our door, and scheduled an appointment to have Venture come out to speak to us. Don't sign with them!!! The only part of the process that was painless was the great salesman, but I guess that is their gimmick, "Rope you in with first impressions and then screw you along the way." Don't Do it... Stay Away Be very careful of any Solar Company especially Venture as their approach is captivating. I took bids from multiple outfits and did decide on Venture but what a nightmare! I'm in collections and my credit is effected along with zero accountability of my srecs (overage). Simply put ever solar company is hustling hard to use your house to make money for themselves. So far my system was wired wrong a service man showed up said things were good but they are not ! The system says am making 20 kWh and my home is only getting 1 to 3 kWh and am pulling from the power company on top of that when I should be getting credit ! The installers didn't give me a back up modem so if my Wi-Fi is down they can't monitor my system and finally been on hold for an hour with help line and still waiting ! Worst customer service This solar company has the worst customer service one can even imagine. They have poor communication both with the customer and with each other within the company themselves. They are very slow with processing your paperwork and requires repeat calls to the company in order to get any work done. I strongly advise that you choose a different solar company installed to prevent any headaches
