Well I was just on the phone with one of their associates, he f ing laughed at what I was trying to do with my metal building . What a asshole and if that is a representation of this company… screw them .
This has been the worst product I have ever dealt with. It starts with the abysmal instructions and shipping and goes through to the lack of customer service and the icing is the cheap screws they send to put this together. Save your money just don’t.

So I’m pretty much at the end of my 24x42 build. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m a carpenter by trade and good thing I am or this would have been a nightmare. The instructions are horrible the don’t have one made up for your kit. It’s just a general instruction guide line. Also I had 4 problems with this kit already. The salesperson is misleading. They say they can design a carport to your specifications. Then they say they can’t build it to mine. All they sell is prefab carports what a waste of time. Do not buy from this company!!!!
I called today to get a price on a building. A 30 by 80. The guy on the phone gave me the price for the frame only. I was a little taken back as to how expensive it was and said, "wow that's high". His response was, "we are not the cheapest option nor do we wanna be, sorry it's not in your budget, goodbye". And hung up the phone. Now that's a great sales team! I would never buy from this place.

I ordered my building on August 4th. The frame arrived on August 18th (so much for the 10 days huh…guess we don’t count weekends). We are STILL waiting for the siding. I’ve been in contact with customer service multiple times and none of them are on the same page with the status of my order. I feel like I’m just getting the run-around, like if they ignore me long enough I’ll just stop bothering them. Update: Versatube reached out and gave me a 5% ($600) discount off my order for the inconvenience and sent me the missing parts. This helps to rectify the situation but still wasted an invaluable resource of my time. I believe they have a good product but their customer support and basic quality assurance needs quite a bit of work. Just make sure you inventory every piece before starting the project.
