Worst company ever. I've been waiting two months for my carport and still haven't received it. My contractor and I have been trying to get ahold of them multiple times and through multiple communication platforms and they have just ignored me and the contractor. I definitely do not recommend this company!!
they will not return my calls after 4 weeks trying i cant get my 3 missing roof tin ,, BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a 12x29x10 last fall. I decided to add onto it and have made 3 calls in the last two weeks. First call, I had spoke to a rep and gave him the information about wanting to add on. He said that he would call me back. No callback. I called 2x more and nobody answered the phone. Left messages. Not sure what the deal is but its upsetting that I spent over $2K+ and cant add onto it. That is why I went with them considering the add-on options. Just a fyi to others!
After paying for a 10' x 27' x 7' carport and waiting for four weeks for the VersaTube frame structure to arrive, I am disappointed and irritated that they shipped wrong parts. Whoever put the order together should have noticed that the 14 incorrect 2" x 3" rafter pieces would not fit & slip into the 2" x 2" wall/ side posts & peak sections. Was told to expect the correct rafters in 7-10 days. Hope they get it right this time!
I ordered my building in May. They sent me drawings that I had sign off on before they would start… was told it would take 2-3 weeks to manufacture. Made sense. I signed off on the prints and I wired the money. End of June, I wonder, where is my building. I call. They tell me that it should be going to the engineers in the next week. I comment that it had been longer than they said already. I was told that after the engineers are done they will send me prints to sign off on. Wait… didn't I do that in May? I nev... read more
Don't order if you need anything delivered in reasonable timeframe. will be about 2 months delivery time for all components IF they even actually show up by then. sheet metal isn't scheduled for a month AFTER frame delivery is scheduled
Super frustrating to spend so much money on the carport after we finally we received the car port we were sent all of the wrong corner gables. they argued with me to finally realize they did in fact send me the wrong ones. Then part way through the assembly we realized they didn't send us enough purlins to go with the instructions and said we should've used less rows of purlins. Using less will not work in my area with heavy wind and snow. They would not send us more nor will our building be covered under warranty. Luckil... read more
I'm extremely disappointed with Versatube, just received my order and during assembly discovered that we are missing 50 purlin brackets. We contacted customer service and they said there is an issue with production of the brackets so they are not included in the shipment. They told me to wait and see the progress of production over the next few days... Excuse me!!! I have a half built metal structure and an assembly team that I had to send home..
