UPDATE: MAY 19, 2021 I was contacted by versatube management last week. They direct mailed some of my brackets and found that my order should have made it to me already and pushed the order through. Menards got my items in on May 13th last week and delivered them to my property late evening, May 18. We start/finished inventory today, May 19, and all I'm missing several critical items to start the build. Concrete anchor bolts for one. Yet again, I have to wait on versatube. I placed an order for a building on 04/07/2021. Upon completing my order the site stated it would ship the frame in 10 days. The frame did not ship until 4/27/2021. They screwed up my order (shipping address) when I tried to get it corrected, they made me cancel order and reorder then tried to charge me $350. More because they had a price increase within a couple weeks after my original order. What a bullshit way to do business. I wouldn’t ever recommend them Just and update - I was contacted by versa tube and the problems have been rectified. A shout out to there customer service team for taking care of the issues !

Just from the reviews, this company needs an extreme staff overhaul! How does it stay in business? I don't know. Huge lack of communication between company and customer. Sounds like it lack quality control in all areas and no follow up on customer issues. All customer complaints are about the same issues across the board... missing pieces, wrong pieces sent, delay on shipping, no call backs... I am in need of an RV carport and a huge garage, but just base on the negative reviews, I'm going elsewhere.

Delivery of sheet metal delayed a month more than my deliver was scheduled and so I had to drive it picked it up myself. After several mis cuts they sent me with my product. Finished the 14 by 28 pinnacle port today with help of a very competent handyman. The gable trim isn’t tall enough to completely hide the frame? ( Unlike the car port shown in the pictures ) Also.
