Almost 3 months from date of order (November 14, 2020) to get my building frame only. Website states “Ships in 35 days”. Then when I called to check status, lady argued with me and said it says 35 Business Days (how about you read your own website). Shipping company had my kit for 3 weeks and kept putting off delivery. I finally had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get some action. It was finally delivered today. I tried to buy a carport from them. After payment in full, I added extra siding and paid for that. Now my carport cost $6308.36. Both receipts said "Ships in 30 Days". So after 30 days I contacted them to ask if my carport has shipped. Several days later they contacted me and moved the ship date 2 more weeks out. I contacted them again and asked for a refund. Better customer service dont lie perpare customers for the worse oh which was the whole thing
Production delays, shipping delays, product that does NOT slip fit, instructions that need a serious review. Customer Support and Engineering quickly pointing the finger at something that a customer did wrong, not manufacturing defects in the product. Do NOT buy this product unless you are ready to be extremely frustrated.
We have had our for only 3 months and the roof is full of rust. I spoke to 3 different people and they never got back to me. They kept passing the ball. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
My order came shorted corner eave brackets, a supply of brackets not for my kit, and twice the amount of frame wall legs required. Is it really that hard to sort and pick correct orders for each kit? Build instructions are vague because they try to have the same manual work for all kinds of kits. (Make instruction manuals custom for each kit!). Building finally showed up 3 weeks late on a pallet falling apart. Hopefully all the pieces are still there.
