Friendly, courteous team at least who I encountered. Although previous owner taped up poor holes of ac duc and I didn't catch it at closing of house to replace it, they did it in hours and job well done. Thanks to all.

Great company..from the initial working with John in sales to select the proper equipment (very knowledgable and prompt) to the team that installed and worked tirelessly, with Victor the lead being very conscientiously to make everything perfect before he left the house. Also helped me install on my phone the apps to control temp...has a lot of patience. Love the system and would highly recommend if you are shopping around.

Of course, my AC broke down on a Sunday. I called and a representative called me back relatively quickly and the tech was out within a few hours. Unfortunately, I needed a whole new system. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and I did not feel like it was a high pressure sale to buy any products or service I didn't need. New AC was installed today.
