RecommendedVeteran Air now offers electrical and plumbing services. They offered me free hot water maintenance which I took advantage of. I was extremely pleased with Luke's (I think that was his name) work! He was thorough in his work, explained the steps, and reviewed the results. While he was here I asked if he could remove my garbage disposal, repipe, and add new drains. He did a wonderful job! I'm very happy with all the work performed on that day by Veteran Air.

Veteran Air is as good as any AC folks I've used. My expectations are pretty low. I give them good grades because they put forth a professional face and are friendly. Their last visit was quite pricey but necessary. The bad news was that they caused the problem that needed attention. Causing the problem and not setting the situation right gets them poor marks.

Tech arrived as scheduled, was kept informed before with reminders. Clean and efficient work on my HVAC that Veteran Air installed a few years ago. Pleased that they are expanding and have added Best Services to their operation.

Very professional & knowledgeable. Scott was our service man performing a semi annual check up on our system. He immediately upon arrival introduced himself & after I showed him the location of our unit he gave me a recap of what he was going to do. He had no objections of my observing and my questions about the unit. Scott provided some tips for me to get better service out of my unit.
