Everything, the staff that answers the phone and sets appts. are kind and courteous, the Veterans that come to the home are wonderful and know their job. They are polite, do their job and very respectful. The equipment is well maintained by them, and I never feel pressured to buy something. They tell you what's going on with your unit and make suggestions and then it is your decisions. I bought my unit in 2017 and a labor warranty and have been happy with everything ever since. Javier, my tech, came to my home as a follow-up to a maintenance appointment I had recently. The air conditioner was actually not running at all. He found the problem, fixed it, and created a solution that was definitely beyond the Call of Duty. And they didn't charge me. I applaud his professionalism, attention to detail, and extraordinary customer service.
