We had Jon Curtis come out for the initial estimate. He was FANTASTIC! There were no high pressure sales, he took the time to walk around and gather information, wrote us a quote, did a lot of education on what we needed to ask other people coming to give quotes, tailored a system on what we needed and was very honest about the things we did need to spend money on and those we didn't for our particular needs (pets, allergies...etc). I HIGHLY recommend Veteran Air! John O’Dell came by to check our A/C when our condenser started making screeching noises. He was incredibly honest and was able to fix it with no problem. Super fast service!!! He even got here earlier than we expected! Do yourself a favor—go with these guys and don’t waste your time or money with other overpriced HVAC contractors like we did. You won’t regret it.
This is a first class organization that conducts business in a way that is hard to find these days. Everyone that I dealt with was honest, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Their quality of work was impeccable. I highly recommend Veteran Air for all of your A/C needs.
Jhett was great! Explaining that the drain was clogged on my A/C. Gave me options. Took care of the problem and my home is nice and cool. He told me about the service contract, which I will purchase shortly. The prices are also reasonable! Thanks Veteran Air..I'm happy to become a customer.
