This is the third year that I have taken off time from MY business, to be home for a 2-4pm appointment, and the tech didn't arrive until about 5:10. The tech that did come was extremely courteous and did his routine in a timely manor. However in the future I will ask for a 5PM appointment. I would definitely recommend Veteran Air to all of our clients, and would hope this can be fixed. A 2 hour window for scheduling is a bit much.
