Thankful for Veteran Air and their quick service. We lost A/C on a Friday afternoon a few hours before the start of the weekend. Called Veteran Air and serviceman Brent Miller came out before the end of the day. Mr. Miller was professional, called to let me know he was on his way and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately upon his arrival. A replacement part was installed and we were back to A/C comfort in time for the weekend. I highly recommend Veteran Air.
Veteran Air has always responded to my needs in a professional and timely manner. My most recent experience was yesterday April 4, 2019. I arrived from Ohio to Sarasota to find that I had no air. From the moment of contact with the office to the technician arriving was the best experience. They were acutely aware of the distress that I faced as it was very hot and humid. Curtis was so polite and a total professional. He worked diligently to resolve my problem without a charge. A great experience!
My a/c broke on a late Saturday and I called on a Sunday. The tech fixed me up but took pictures of the inside of my a/c to show me why I was having problems. Jon came and showed me options for a new a/c. The install team did an amazing and super clean job! So impressed!! Now I have a truly functioning a/c at a reasonable price from very professional and personable people!!!

5 stars The most honest company in the industry. I love the no nonsense attitude that Kevin has. Now having the pleasure to work for him, I have come to know Kevin fairly well. Down to earth guy who loves and just wants to help his community. The best employer I have ever worked for. He cares for his employees like his own family. I can’t say enough good things about Veteran Air!! Our air conditioner hadn’t been keeping up for 2 weeks and then finally gave up and died. John came out for an estimate on Monday to replace the unit. When there wasn’t a spot open for an appointment until Wednesday, John made a call and rearranged the schedule to make sure we had air coming to us by 7:30 the next morning!
