Last night, around 6:30PM, we noticed a message on our Nest thermostat stating that we had a power problem. We had severe thunderstorms in the late afternoon but we didn't notice any power outages or obvious surges. After verifying that we did, indeed, have a power problem I called Veteran Air. Chris worked on my split type air conditioner today and was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and able to explain the problem to me. I also appreciated the fact that he gave me options to resolve the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris or your company if he is an example of all your employees.
