Can't say enough good things about Dr. Heather Millard. Our dog had two tumors that needed to be removed. Dr. Millard was great with both our pet and with us - caring, thoughtful, answered all our questions, up to date on the field, available if we needed more information or anything came up, and great with a pet who can be a bit high strung. She's a talented and dedicated surgeon and we were grateful that our pet was in her special care.

Wichita is very lucky to have such a place that is 24 hours. Kenny, our cat was attacked by something had a leg wound. He was treated so well and the whole experience is very professional and what one would expect in an emergency. Dr. Kelly was amazing and kept up apprised of the situation and called us herself as the day went into night for Kenny. Bless them for being so wonderful!

They took such good care of our puppy Hunter when he hurt his leg. Very caring and wonderful treatment with our dog. Very grateful that they were open on a Sunday morning.

The receptionists need more customer service training. The one during the day on Wed 7-19-23 was ok. She was nice to me but did get heated with a couple and should have stepped away from the situation. The one in the evening on Th 7-20-23 talked to me like I was 5 years old. She was both rude in person and on the phone. She did not treat me like I should have been treated. I really liked the male physician that saw my cat during the day on Wed 7-19-23. My boxer just had TPLO surgery and Dr Heather Millard was fantastic. She talked to us and walked us through what to expect showed us the X-rays and made us feel very comfortable.

I had to make tough decision and had to send my dog Jaycee over the rainbow bridge. I believe I saw Dr. Crowds. I just want to say what a wonderful vet and person she is. She let me know I was doing the right thing so Jaycee wasn’t suffering. She even gave me a hug. Thank you for that.

Dr. Ralph Millard and his staff were amazing. My Mini Dachshund recently had to have surgery for hip dysplasia and is healing up very well. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate - you can tell they love way they do. Thank you so much for everything!

We had an emergency with our 8 year old dog heading home to MN from AZ. We were 70 minutes away when I called there to ask questions. I talked to a tech and hit some general info on our dog’s possible condition. We drive the 70 miles to get our dog there not knowing if his condition was serious or not. I brought him in and a tech brought him back and came back out within about ten minutes. She says he had a serious condition ( GVD ) which can be fatal very quickly and gave us our options.
