When I walked into the activities room there was 3 different groups of activities. 1 was painting, 1 was playing bingo and the other was doing puzzles. Staff were at each table joining them in the activity and helping the residents. I loved to see it

Staff is very friendly and caring upon entering community, residents were busy in activities and having a social snack time, overall nice community very welcoming and warm. Would recommend for anyone looking for there loved ones.
Community is home like and very well presented, the staff goes above and beyond for the residents, they have plenty of engaging and fun activities for the residents, the food smelled and looked amazing and reception was very friendly upon entrance.

We were very pleased with Pacifica Victoria Court. The staff worked very hard to not only transition my father-in-law but to transition our family. Texts, photos, updates came regularly during these first difficult days. They could not have been more sensitive to making our dad comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.

I am very pleased how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The place was very neat and organized. The residents were engaged in an arts and crafts activity and another group doing trivia. I was excited to hear some of the answers.

We didn't have a great experience at this facility. It's a safe place, but feels 'dark.' Overall, I think most of the staff was well intended but I feel like they were short staffed. They made many promises that they didn't deliver on. The nail salon- never happened. Activities- there were none (they told me that they had them, but that my loved one chose not to participate). We are currently evaluating negative comments which might have been added post-Covid when there was much upheaval in all senior living communities around the country. We want to address issues that are no longer relevant based on life within our community today. That said, our staffing levels are consistent with sufficient staffing regulations. The staff is unbelievably friendly and courteous. I want to give a special should out to [name removed] and [name removed]. They give such great care to my mom and communicate with me any concerns and accomplishments to my mom.
