The nurses, the office staff and the front desk that work they love my mother. I don't have to worry about seeing my loved one each day, as the staff are so wonderful. There is always communication with the staff even on their time off.

Pacifica Senior Living is a great facility. It is a very clean place and all of the staff members are awesome. They always take our calls and keep us updated on what is going on. Overall it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

I toured looking for a potential placement for my grandfather. The community was very beautiful and inviting. The residents looked happy. Unfortunately, my grandfather wasn't a good fit due to declining health, so we were unable to pursue it.

The community has been very caring to my loved ones. The staff is very easy to reach if you have questions or concerns. I usually hear back within an hour during normal hours if leaving a voicemail.

It's a really good facility, but there were issues with staffing during covid. The rooms were good, the food was good with a great variety. I would recommend this community to others.

I transferred my wife here two days ago. I was prepared for a potentially difficult time for my wife to leave the facility where she seemed content and fairly well adjusted, but the staff at Victoria Court did an amazing job of receiving her and introducing her to the other residents that made her brighten up, smile, and feel like this was her new home.
