Dr. Chafetz has been so attentive to my cat when he was sick. Gave all options and we came up with a treatment plan. He calls me to check up on my cat even when he is not at work or the office is closed. The front office staff are friendly and know"s ne and my cats by name.
I'm not from around here so used Yelp reviews to find an emergency vet for my dog and boy were they spot on. I called at 7:30 AM and they were booked solid so I was very disappointed that I would have to go elsewhere until they called me back at 8 AM stating they could squeeze is in! I've never had a more thorough vet appointment. The doctor sat down and talked to me about everything for a solid 15 minutes before even looking at my dog.
