Most urgent cares are profit over patient and it was very much quite obvious when I visited here. A nurse took my vitals and instantly swabbed me (never asked any questions directly relating to my symptoms to see if the swab for COVID and Flu was necessary) total of 5 minutes. The doctor came in and took literally a total of 3 minutes to “check” my lungs, throat and ears. Then left, never asked me questions about my symptoms. Minimal time spent at visit. Felt insignificant especially for 150.00 co-pay. Recommended treatment did not help.
