I had a very enjoyable experience at VIK. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon, there was no wait, and I was waited on immediately. The staff was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions... they all went above and beyond what I would have expected from an Urgent Care Center. Sara, at the front desk was patient and friendly, and Dr. Rodriguez was patient, and explained to me everything about my diagnosis and treatment options.
