The staff was very prompt and attentive. The clinic is very bright and clean. My bill was explained to me as were my instructions for follow up. I highly recommend this clinic!

Everyone is so incredibly caring and sweet and it's the first time we've ever visited an ER or urgent care facility where I completely trusted the billing system and didn't fear being charged ridiculous fees for the visit. I had a very enjoyable experience at VIK. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon, there was no wait, and I was waited on immediately. The staff was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions... they all went above and beyond what I would have expected from an Urgent Care Center.
