I have tried multiple ways to communicate with bright pools and Justin Bright. This company has not paid me. VERY Unprofessional.
It was a very hard decision to post this, I met them on social media. I interviewed several Pool companies. I chose them. They are unresponsive to customer service and things that they say they will do they do not do. I am still waiting for some repairs. My pool is two months old. I was very pleased with Emerson electric.
He should be ashamed of himself for treating us the way he did, a Vietnam veteran and now widowed wife. Everything was great till we had a problem then wouldn’t take calls and never showed up to open my pool . He installed a salt system and forgot to put in the anodes(which he admitted to me then lied about it ) and I just took the pool down today. The whole wall was rusted out after only 4 years. This company has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. No accountability, and extremely disrespectful. I would never recommend them… Ever. We are so glad we are not paying them now for our pool maintenance. They ruined our pool.
pool pro does not keep their word, as a first time customer i was blown off. Dustin called me the one that said he would see me Monday, and when I got hold of pool pros they said I wasn't on the schedule! I told them he said I will see you Monday, and they came up with bull crap excuses. He honestly said to me I can go home if that's what you want! I will never recommend pool pros to anyone, the business I was in if a miss communication happened that means someone was going to die just sayin!!!!!
JUST DON’T! Has stolen money from numerous people, left lots of customers with incomplete projects and is also not paying sub contractors so liens are being placed on properties! Do yourself a favor and run away as quick as you can!
We recently hired this company to redo our deck and resurface our pool. The pool was painted first and at first looked great, but unfortunately, we started to get cobalt stain stains, and after the deck was done, the bottom of the pool is now lined with the paint in the materials from the deck.
