Used Juliano’s for years they installed my pool. Have had issues with them a number of times not showing up when they were supposed to and not even calling to let me know. Came out to “fix” a leek in the pipes caused by termites that they never even fixed. My dad was handling it all and kept giving them chances. We had our backyard dream vision, we shared it with the team at Allied, they began to bring the vision to life. We added an outdoor fire pit, new stone decking, pool pebbletech resurfacing, new coping, new tile…all the things in our 1990’s Plano backyard. $100k later and 3 years later, unfortunately the pool resurfacing is not resolved. Worst crew ever. So rude and inconsiderate. Road rage is their specialty. Cursing at people from a company branded truck while holding up traffic. Wouldn’t let them near my house
We bought our pool last August, 2025! Was supposed to be installed end of May beginning of June this year. We are still waiting… been given every excuse possible with a complete run around .. hearing we are not the only ones . We are very disappointed ☹️. Had heard great things about Liverpool until the last year or two .. so frustrated 😣
This has been the worst experience! We started this project 3 months ago and we still don’t have plaster, electrical, or equipment installed. Justin gives us empty promises every week and nothing happens.
We hired Vidal for our backyard project and signed the contract based on what was specifically listed in the written agreement. The project started, and while there were some minor issues with scheduling and timelines, I will give Vidal credit for responding quickly when concerns were raised. He apologized and worked to address those issues promptly. I don't even know where to begin but here goes. DON'T!! I wish I could post pics, it would explain it all. If you have a frog mineral system and use frog pacs, check it and make sure they are replacing them. They cut mine and poured chlorine powder in it. I contacted the Frog company (Frog), they said it was not acceptable and wrong. This wasn't the first problem with their service that we had, but I don't have all day to spend here rather I can only say DON'T.
Just had them install a new liner. The work was done promptly but the follow up is non existent. No final bill was left with us. I had to call to have someone email it after I noticed they put the final installment on my charge card without informing me. I asked her about the warranty information and the response was that those terms were included on your quote. Yes it does but it also states that you will receive a warranty packet. They liked to send their crews out at 06:00 in the morning and wake up surrounding neighbors. When you ask them to honor the city ordinances, the workers just ignore you and don’t care. AVOID
