If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I walked around the lot looking at vehicles for more than 15 minutes before going inside to find a sales person. Upon approaching the reception desk, the sales person who was sitting on the desk casually looked over his shoulder and said, "Can I help you with something." I responded that I would like to drive the red 4Runner on the corner of the lot. His response after several seconds of summing me up, "Are you serious about it?" Horrific ! On February 13, 2017 I thought I had purchased my vehicle, but boy was I in for the most horrific experiences! I was thrown through hoops on top of $3,400 scammed from me, have not received any information regarding the loan. I have an attorney and the office has made calls to the GM and he is not even attempting to help resolve my issues. It is now almost the end of May. I am driving around illegally and my unsigned title is still floating around somewhere in Omaha. The dealership calls me about once a day knowin... read more

Purchase - 2017 Corolla Matt was very helpful in assisting in finding the right Corolla, color and equipment. He also allowed me to drive it home[we live nearby]to show it to my wife. He was a good listener and accurately passed info along to his boss and we were able to reach an agreement on a deal in a reasonable period of time. He also installed the floor mats and put us in touch with the Service rep who helped set up some electronics which were new to us. At this point the paperwork closer took over and this is where thi... read more

paint coating Here are a few points that I will bring up. One the sales person we talked to was going to get the car we wanted ready for us so we could test drive it. It wasn't ready and the car he took us to was not what we talked about but we test drove it anyway. We ended getting a RAV4 and luv the car except there were a few things we wanted on the car that we found out didn't have. Worst service I have ever experienced with servicing my car. The only positive thing I can say about my experience with this dealership is the salesman Terry. He was great! When I took my car back for oil change I had an appointment and 2 1/2 hours later my car was done!! They said one of my tires had a nail and was not repairable and wanted to charge me 250.00 for a new tire. That was false! I went to TO Haas and they repaired the tire. Will never go back! Baxter Toyota of Lavista provides a much more pleasurable experience... read more
