Wasted our time and poor service I had a 8:30am appointment for a car detail that was part of a deal for purchasing out a lease. I was told this would be a 3-4 hour service. I showed up and was initially ignored for several minutes. Eventually I was greeted and explained I was here for a car detail and had an appointment. Their service is horrible and they dented my new truck!!!!!! I bought a certified truck from them. I drove it home. I live in the country, so it got some mud on the bottom. I returned the next day to drop it off and have the undercoat done. I received a phone call later that day saying that they had a service technician spend 45 minutes on one tire trying to clean it. They said I needed to have it detailed in their detail shop and it would cost me 55-60 dollars to have it done. I said no way, I will pick it up and clean it m... read more

"The worst service experience I've ever had..." I was very disappointed with the behavior of Brandon Horton he exhibited toward me today [Thursday, April 11th, 2019 at approximately 4:30pm CSY] . Broken parts Bought my Rav4 from them. Been a great vehicle. Had some dash lights come on so I took it to them to get it checked out. It was the fuel system vapor canister. About a $1300 repair. I didn't have the money at the time to fix it and it was still drivable. I was changing the oil like I always do, and I was looking things over. I found one of the hoses on the evap canister was missing the lock and the other one was unlocked and the lock was broken. Service manager and GM need lessons in customer service. I had a recall on my Toyota Rav4, called Brandon in service and he stated it would take about 3 hours. I asked if there was a vehicle to run a few errands, he suggested rudely that I could rent a vehicle. A moment later as I was waiting for a response to my question, he hung up the phone.
