Outstanding My experience at Village Pointe Toyota can be summed up in one word....outstanding!! Kellin really made me feel like family and I sincerely trusted him. It was nice to see such an honest and trustworthy individual. He went above and beyond to find the best deal for me and my family and was able to explain all the terms and conditions of my lease on my level. First Toyota experience was great! we looked into highlanders and my sales person, Tom, was very gracious, easy to talk to, and great with my wife and daughter. He gave no bs answers and was just overall a trustworthy guy to deal with. I'm very excited about our new car and recommend Tom and the Village Pointe team.

Great experience going through the process Have not bought a car in 10 years had a great experience going through the process. I will probably be keeping this car for more years because of the quality that is put into there vehicles.

Exceptional This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I was in a time crunch and they got me out the door in plenty of time and they did a great job servicing my car.
