Exceptional This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I was in a time crunch and they got me out the door in plenty of time and they did a great job servicing my car.
Great People I was hesitant to visit based on the reviews on this site, but decided to take a chance anyway. I'm glad I did! Corinna and Bob were very friendly and flexible to work with! They had the perfect Highlander that fit my needs. I was in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership and service department to any one looking for a vehicle.
Bought a vehicle from them from out of state, asked about any issues/problems. I was told everything was good, but 30 seconds behind the wheel and you realize that there's something majorly wrong with the transmission, that anyone would notice. Ha, then they post this comment. Not recommended, very unorganized and unknowledgeable in all areas and horrible communication. Employee turnaround is amazing, doubt there's an employee left from when I purchased truck new 2 years ago, Again not recommended.

Bought a used car and declined $500 paint protection. When I was ready to leave I saw they had charged me for it. When I approached the Fiance manager he just smiled and said the put it on all the cars they sell. It was like talking to a carnival barker. I'll never go back.
