Wasn't sure which salesman I was working with and seemed to have lots of miscommunication. I was very clear with the salesman and finance department I had own financing and to not run my credit, but on my way to pick up vehicle they ran my credit anyways 4 times (again, I had my own financing) and assured me they would take care of it and dispute them after I asked about it, fast forward a month later and they say there is nothing they can do and they "thought they had authorization". Worst experience every - our salesman fell asleep during the beginning of the process. Although he did stay awake long enough to take our CASH down payment. He then gave us the keys and said that we could pick it up the next day as it was later in the afternoon when we went in. Nobody did anything to get us financed until we said we were coming back to get our down payment and they then said they had already deposited it and no longer had the cash. Absolutely terrible customer service and sales. I am not sure how this place is still in business. 1) Sold us a faulty car. 2) Did not send us the title until months later. 3) Promise to rectify above issues by doing a fair trade across the table 4) No call back, no follow though & a complete waste of time. I will never buy a car from a dealership again. Private sales & citizens are more forthcoming & trustworthy. Got a car on line work night shift. It was hard to get ahold of the people and management seamed to be in meetings a lot. Was hung up on after a 15 hold on phone.

Oil change for my 2018 Toyota I purchased at Village Pointe. First one I had to purchase since my 2 year Toyota care was over. We have had a horrible experience with this dealership. We bought a certified pre-owned 2016 toyota highlander with 30,000 miles on it 1 year ago. Since then, the battery has been replaced by the dealership three times. It is driven on a daily basis, at least 10 miles a day, and it has been regularly not starting because the battery keeps dying. We brought it into the dealership multiple times, leaving it there for days at a time for them to find a cause for this, and each time they found nothing wrong with it. They proceede... read more

What started as a great experience has gone downhill over the last two years with the service department. We have bought vehicles at other dealerships used and purchased the disappearing deductible warranty and never charged when bringing our vehicle in for issues. At Village Point it is the flavor of the day.... at one point it’s zero to look at vehicle, then the next time it’s $162 to look at it, and they keep quoting $2000 worth of preventative maintenance that is not on the maintenance schedule.
