Top notch service from all departments I made an appointment to have my 2015 Rav4 brakes looked at. When I arrived at Village Pointe Toyota service department I spoke to Lorenzo Ricardo about my vehicle and how the brakes were making a grinding noise. I told him I wanted my vehicle looked at, but that I did want to look at the new Ravs. He took me to the sales room and asked Rusty Russell if he could help me out. Rusty was wonderful to work with. RAV4 hybrid buying experience My wife and I were shopping for a 20 RAV4 hybrid. I’d had previously spoken with Chris Risling and found him to been professional and courteous. We were able to close one The deal the following day. I initially did not have high hopes of doing this but, thanks to The efforts of Chris and manager Justin and Kevin, the purchase was completed.
