Top notch service from all departments I made an appointment to have my 2015 Rav4 brakes looked at. When I arrived at Village Pointe Toyota service department I spoke to Lorenzo Ricardo about my vehicle and how the brakes were making a grinding noise. RAV4 hybrid buying experience My wife and I were shopping for a 20 RAV4 hybrid. I’d had previously spoken with Chris Risling and found him to been professional and courteous. We were able to close one The deal the following day. I initially did not have high hopes of doing this but, thanks to The efforts of Chris and manager Justin and Kevin, the purchase was completed.
