Great Experience Mike Hansen was wonderful to work with. We decided to go to Omaha because we had some bad experiences with the Toyota in Lincoln. Past experiences at the Lincoln location, I would feel pressured and manipulated and unhappy with the end result. Mike made our experience the polar opposite. After having a really bad experience in another dealer , I was hesitant to try again Mr Griffin treat me with respect and understood my needs he was completely honest and transparent with me he didn’t lie to me to get me to drive an hour to the dealer , he did most of the work over the phone and when I got there the truck was park on the front with my name on it , the transaction went smooth and every one was amazing I will go back and I have recommended Mr Griffin to friends and family

Jasmine was my sales person & she was awesome! She was so knowledgeable & knew the answers to all my questions. She set my music from my smartphone up on the audio, _ no more CDs! She explained all the many components of the Navigation/Audio system in an easy to understand way. She made it possible for me to get all the features I wanted at a vary good price.

Great service! They were able to locate and acquire a vehicle that's not easy to get! A week later, we drove off the lot with our new ride! Darnell and Joel have been great to work with and have gone above and beyond to provide us with the best car buying experience. I would definitely recommend.
