Pro's: Beautiful landscaping, trash pick up service and the apartments are a decent size. The prices are somewhat high but no to big of a deal for me. If your're a veteran you get discounts on fee's which was nice. They recycle which is good in my book also. I'm not one to usually go out of my way to write a poor review because I know everyone has their own experiences and just because "Sally" had a horrible time doesn't mean "Joe" will have the same experiences. However, I do not recommend these apartments at all. I've read through recent reviews and do not agree that the grounds aren't pretty anymore (I haven't had to deal with the pet poop...

I've lived here 2 years and it was 2 years too long. New management recently took over but it's not any better. The grounds are not kept, people do not pick up their dogs waste and the dumpster is always over flowing which I have to drive by every day. You can find a much better apartment for your money. The gate is constantly broken, I'm a single mother with a dog and have never felt fully...

I have lived here for 2-3 years and loved the place until the Harbor Group took over in December 2014. Long lines in the office, parking permits, finger-pointing and fines for residents - all this is what now awaits you. This place used to be awesome, now no one answers the phone and customer service is non-existent. I have been waiting 20 minutes now just to find out about my water bill. ...

I have lived here for almost 3 months now and so wish I could have signed a shorter term lease! WORST place I have ever lived with the WORST customer service. I lived here about a year ago and I could not get out fast enough. It is the most disgusting place I have ever lived.
