I have lived in the Villas for about 6 months. I only ever had one issue and the office took care of it ASAP. Anytime I needed repairs, maintance was very quick to come and fix it. The office staff is awesome and always there when you need them.
I don't know what people are talking about cockroaches for. If you ask me, the bug people come by too often! It is only about a 3 minute drive from NCTC Flower Mound, which is why I'm here. Moving out of a big house and into an apartment was a big change for me, but I love living here at the villas at waterchase. It is so nice, cozy, quiet, and very clean. Management is very professional and always helpful. I love living here.

i moved in the summer and everything has been good. i like the layout and when i broke my garbage disposal they fixed it before i got home instead of 2 weeks like at my last aprtment. the girls are very nice and the guys too.
