i dont agree w the things on here and i have lived here 2 yrs. i have not had any roaches and maybe if they do its bc they had them before where they used to live. the girls in the office are always sweet and my things get fixed fast. it is quiet at night and i like that they pick the trash up in the morning

I moved to this area from San Antonio Tx. I visited many properties in the weeks prior to moving. I chose the Villas at Waterchase because the grounds were immaculate. The staff were both friendly professional and extremely helpful especially Yadis whom I met first. That first impression sticks :~) I chose well and will hopefully be here for a while.
