A GREAT spot for the price! I moved in here just a year ago, the complex has been through many changes... we now have a dog park and a great pool area! The new owners seem to really be making the place well worth the money! The neighbors are quiet and the area is very close to shopping, food, and nightlife type bars. I would refer friends to live here!

I have lived in many apartments in Texas,due to my job, and this apartment complex has been one of my favorites. The girls in the office are personable and tend to my needs, and the maintenance crew get my requests done in a very reasonable time frame (even though I hardly have had any!) I love showing my apartment off to family when they come in town, and they are impressed with my apartment...
Villas at Waterchase is a beautiful property, they also have an amazing staff!!

Just moved here and it seems like a pretty nice place to stay at (that's why we chose here) The grounds are kept nice and it's fairly quiet compared to my last apartment. All of the apartments are different than the model they show you so beware of that. One of the top five reasons i chose this place and comes to find out my apartment didn't have it, what a bummer!!! Overall the apartment is ok...
I have been for 3 years and love it! The staff and management are very helpful and manager too! very nice place to live! Im VERY happy to sign another lease!
