I was very happy with the quality and service of these apartments. Being new to this city it was great to have the staff help me settle in especially the assistant manager Yadis Alcala. The apartments are great and very homey. I definitely recommend these apartments.

I have lived at the Villas with my wife for well over two years now and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The staff is friendly and non intrusive as well as extremely prompt when it comes to maintenance issues. Affordable and great location. I would recommend the Villas to anyone searching for an apartment.

Recommend to look elsewhere. The apartment staff is friendly under new management this year. The maintenance staff works hard and does what they can. I'd look elsewhere if you're a new renter. The properties are reasonably well maintained but the units do show their age. The AC is ineffective and really works hard to try to cool down the unit which means that your electric bill is astronomical.
