A roofing company was putting a new roof on one of Vinebrooks rental properties. As the homeowner next door we contacted Vinebrook twice in a four hour time period to complain about the roofer’s equipment in our yard, the roofers laying under our tree and leaning on our car. We were told the project manager would call but no one ever returned our call. The police had to be called to resolve the issue.
This company does not care about their renters. The lines on my AC for the 3rd time in a little over a month. When I schedule maintenance it takes about a week, and numerous calls to the answering service before I get someone to half fix it. The first company charged it, never looked at what the problem might be. The 2nd one I submitted got closed before anyone ever came out. Our landlord sold our home to Vinebrook. We received a welcome letter letting us know about the sale and how to pay rents, etc. The agent asked us about any maintenance is about the house and we informed him. A week later, we received a eviction letter stating “ due to what we reported, the house needed to be renovated and we had to go by April 28, 2021. THEY GET A 0 from me! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are the worse, don’t response to maintenance request. They only worry about receiving rent. I don’t pay my rent late and the are RUDE in the office! They never do anything about nothing. I can not wait til my lease up I’m out! If you know anyone that know somebody PLEASE TELL THEM DO NOT RENT FROM VINEBROOK HOMES IN ANY STATE! They are the WORSE!

It just seems like it’s always something with vinebrook. My girlfriend and I have had a couple instances with vinebrook saying we dont/haven’t paid a utility bill because they receive a copy of a bill and end up charging us. After speaking with our utility company for our sewer we were told since they’re the landlord they always receive a copy. The worst real estate to rent from. They stole my application fee. I submitted my info the application was not finished before I completed it I changed my mind due to the negative reviews. The never serviced me. When I asked for my refund the passed the buck for about 3 wks. before having someone to call and say they was not going to refund my application fee. I dont have money to giveaway for nothing I am on a fixed income 66 year old disabled senior. I just want my refund nothing more.
DO NOT RENT FROM VINEBROOK EVER !!! They don’t fix nothing. You can never get a live person to talk to they will placed an eviction on you and won’t take no partial payments they don’t work with you as a company. They are horrible company to rent from. When you do leave a message with the customer service representative they never call you back. They just want your rent and that’s it. I currently rent and my house is flooding m assuming back up and they said I’ve been pushed for top of the list. Mind you a few months ago took them four days to get refrigerator to my house.
