So I decided to test out this company's process and unfortunately, the claims are true. The agents don't return calls and they accept your application fee, deny you but you can't reach them for follow-up. Pretty sad and disgusting. The call center approach (24/7) is actually useless.. they just filter the calls. Feel I was racially profiled and denied on my application after paying all fees and providing every documents that was ask for only for them to ask for another document then find another reason not to approve me. I think is just local representation (agent). Think I will be further pursuing discrimination charges.
Vinebrook homes is terrible! You can never get in touch with the actual office in your city. You can only get in touch with the call center who only takes maintenance request. I can’t get in touch with my landlord. I haven't talked to him since May over the phone. I seen him in person in April. I’ve been having plumbing issues for months now. Vinebrook decided to randomly add an almost 90$ fee on my rent. I’ve been calling and calling trying to figure out what it is and almost a WEEK LATER STILL NOTHING. Every call I can only get to the “answering service” where they’re “escalating” requests yet no call back. Seems like they have just 5 people that work in the entire company seeing how slow and bad the customer service is.
their repair service sucks cant never get them to fix anything there is never anyone to talk to except a answering service we left various messages to have management call and have never recieved a call all they care about is their rent money and will not fix any problems
