DO NOT USE FOR A RENTAL HOME! They use Rent Grow for their verifications and that company is SUPER shady. Seems like VB and RG and just collecting a bunch of app fees with impossible criteria regardless of credit score. Be warned and save your money!
I dont even rent from them bc it is super difficult to get in touch with them. i tried last year, never responded back. tried to view another house this time. scheduled an appointment between 9-10. no one is there. try to call and they keep transferring me bc they dont have a way to get to a specific rep. and eventually im upset and the last one i spoke to hung up after the previous rep was insulting my intelligence by repeatedly giving me the definition of what a prospective agent is even after i told him i know and that i ... read more
This company is not dog friendly at all. I was told the restriction dog list included %95 percent of the dog breeds. Unbelievable
Very frustrating to work with. My partner and I both attempted multiple times to view a home, confirmed times for a showing, then were told it was leased, then in a few days we were emailed about it still being available. This happened MULTIPLE times only for the lease or application to ‘fall through’. Felt like a carrot dangling on a string.
