If I could give it a negative five stars I would all they care about is the money they don’t care if it’s black mold in the home then they going to lie and say call us we can’t call yall everybody has to leave a message then if you email them they still don’t answer not even the owner so I got a lawyer on my cousin case and I called code enforcement they shouldn’t be in business because they don’t care

Overall Great House because I assume it was recently renovated before I moved in years ago, I say that because of all the other reviews I have read. I'm going on almost 5yr with vinebrook and I hate every single bit of it. I rent a "3" bedroom but what they are calling a "3rd" bedroom is an attic storage place and completely unliveable in the summer. I've submitted tickets every year for the same issues. Its currently 91 inside my house and it's been 3 days since I submitted a work ticket. My kids and I have asthma and we can't even hardly be in the house because we can't breathe. Ive leased from Vinebrook for 3 yrs now. We haven't had major issues until the AC went out. Now when making maintenance request it says ..the request for AC is urgent then says allow up too 72 hours .. we got in 94 degree weather with heat index of 105.. being that we didnt have a place to go. If I could give a lower review I would. I am currently a tenent along with my family. We move in last year in June and in fall we figured out the our back sliding door leaks in water and fill my air vent. 5 service tickets have been put in for this issue. 5! They have closed them out saying resolved or “internal close”. I was told we would be getting a new sliding back door.. Nothing has been resolved. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. The photos provided on my google review show how the unit was rented to me...I was told I would lose my deposit if I did not like the second place I looked at so I stayed in this horror. How could I risk the next place being worse?! Please do not use Vinebrook. This house has been a disaster. I wont even go into the history, just the present issue. As a current tenant, I am stuck in a “hotbox” home. I live in Alabama which consistently have temperatures over 100 degrees. The home I’m renting from them is not properly insulated therefore as the sun beams down it’s overpowering my ac unit and my home is essentially hot ALL DAY LONG.
