Vipin was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help from the very beginning. Vipin is very professional/friendly. He helped to refinance my home loan with a good interest rate. In my case, he helped to cutdown the closing cost in few ways like avoiding appraisal etc. He was honest in the approach and provided all nitty gritty details with clarity which made my decision process easy. This is our second time doing business with Mr. Vipin Raj. In 2018 for purchase and now in 2019 for refinance. Vipin was able to get us a very competitive refinancing rate with minimal bank fees. The most attractive part of the deal was that we got a appraisal waiver, which is an easy $495 dollar saved on refinance cost saved just because Mr. Raj was able to shop us the best deal in town. Being a first time home buyer Vipin was very patient in explaining things (some times more than once)... He was guiding me all along the steps. There were few roadblocks which Vipin was very helpful in providing suggestions and guiding me through the process for a quick processing of loan.
