Terrible service.. food was even worse. Ambiance was nice but man what a disaster of an experience. Get there on Saturday at 9:45p.m. No one else in the restaurant other than the young lady who sat the two of us. She asks what we like to drink and walks away. 10 mins later, here comes the wine and water. Ordered our food. I asked for spaghetti with marinara sauce and side of sausage. I know I know, I should only order pizza from Vita Bella. But, I tried the chicken parm and an order of meatballs. Horrible! Meatballs were ROCKS and the chicken was over cooked. I never had such a terrible meal. Arrivederci, Vita Bella! Never again

First time pizza has ever looked like this. No idea what was happening in transit, but good lord. However, an on going issue...we specifically put on the instructions NOT to ring the doorbell, because our dog will bark his head off. It's just what he does. We try to avoid this anytime food is delivered. But what the driver do? He rings the dang doorbell. We have sent feedback time and time again requesting the delivery driver read the instructions. I was assured that would happen, clearly not. We also requested contactles... read more

I'm disgusted with this place. It's the 2nd time I've had an issue with them, this time was the last straw for me. I was told my 2 pizzas would take 60 mins to be delivered when I ordered online, I called an hr and 20 mins after I ordered and they apologized and said it'll be leaving in 10 mins. I had a party of 6 to feed and 2 babies who were starving. I said if it's going to take longer than the 10 mins I'd like a refund. They promised it wouldn't take more than 10 mins. So we waited. Used to be the best pizza place around, but then they sold out to a new owner. Unfortunately, they changed the sauce and destroyed the flavor that made this place to great. Wish they would have kept using the same ingredients. Now it's just an acidic salty sauce that overpowers the rest of the pizza with no real flavor profile at all. I used to brag about the best thin crust around, but no more. Sad end to what was a great pizza place to be proud of. Not sure if they cheapened the ingredients or just ignored the orig... read more
