Owner took our order and messed it up. Didn't give itemitized receipt for what we ordered. Spent a hundred dollars on an awful experience and an owner who could care less about customer
Used to be good before and now the pizza is very salty. Not what is used to be and the prices are more than giordanos and lou maltnatis. Don't waste your money.

HORRIBLE customer service! I called in an order and was told 40 mins. An hour later, I call back and the young lady on the phone says the driver will be there in 5 mins. 30 mins later the young lady says "oh we're short drivers and the food hasn't left yet. We're sorry." I told her this wasn't acceptable and asked her what they could do to make this order right. horrible experience! ordered online, called twice when food didn't show up on time, then called and spoke to a manager about eve food showing up 30 min late/cold/wrong and his answer was "I don't know what to tell you, we are really busy"! unbelievable...you lost our business forever thank you for making it easy to choose another pizza spot.
They totally messed new year Eve with wife !. Picked up 1/2 hour late & cold because they forgot it! Wife had to ask them to check for order! As far as quality do yourself a favor call Franco's for a quality pizza!! There were many pissed off people in vita Bella's lobby! I'm not alone! Maybe they should prepare for holiday! Lost customer again!!!!,

Ordered pizza tonight. Not only is it ridiculously expensive, but we were given the wrong toppings even after the girl read it back to me correctly! My husband goes at the designated time and the pizza was not ready. He was told twice that it would be five more minutes. Once he gets home we see that the toppings were not what we ordered.
