Used to be our go to pizza for 10+ years. Unfortunately the service has gone down tremendously. Food is still good, however every time we order tirramisu it comes frozen... Seriously, every time... Then the past 3 orders : order one came 75 min past delivery time, order two wasn't ready for another 45 min after we were told to to pick up, order three 35 min past delivery time. Ordered tonight at 6pm it said 2 hours for delivery which I understand being New Years Eve. After 2 hours and 20 minutes I called to check on it the woman who I yanked to said that it just left for delivery. 30 minutes later different woman called me to say they were out of Chicago style pizza so after almost 3 hours I got nothing but lied to and will never order there again.

I am so disappointed. I've loved them for so long but over the past year the service is absolutely horrible. The manger never solves any issues. Food is always super late, and cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You can go to rosatis down the street they're always amazingg

Have placed my order online - my credit card was charged 3 times within 3 minutes - I have called restaurant and incompetent yet rude person over the phone stated that they don't have my order. (By the way one, I was put on hold for long time plus one phone call was dropped) I understand that those were just authorizations - regardless the money were back to my account within 3 business days - 150$ was gone from it for that man... read more
