Came with the family for pizza dinner, what a disaster!! The pizza was made totally wrong, so only half of us had a chance eat at first. The next pizza to 30 minutes to arrive. We never ate together. The manager (was really the pizza maker, no mgr on duty) offered a 15% discount and assured me that made everything ok. Total ! I'll NEVER come back again!! The "manager " was disrespectful and had no idea how to handle the situation. And the service was terrible!!!

Gave clear directions to deliver to the garage, delivery driver did not read directions and caused issues would not order again. Also pizza sucked

I placed an online order for a pizza and appetizer on Friday May 28th at 4:00 P.M. (FYI - this wasn't my first order) I received notification thru Vita Bella's "Track your order" that it would be delivered between 5:00 and 5:10, which was fine. They usually arrive early. I waited until 5:25 P.M. to call Vita Bella and see what the delay was. After being on hold for 5 minutes I was told there was an issue and it should be ready soon, couldn't give me a time range. We preordered and prepaid for a catering event for 4.24.2021. Driver showed up 22 minutes late with only half the order and looked at us cluelessly, then left claiming he will return with the other half of the order. Without being able to even keep the food warm due to the lack of chafing dishes, he returned 45 minutes later STILL WITHOUT THE COMPLETE ORDER! I REALLY don't want to give them a poor review because their food is fantastic, but they have some major staffing issues. Our last few orders have been extremely late and tonight's order never arrived. We actually had to drive to the store, which had a line wrapped around it with angry customers wondering where their orders are, only to find out that they could give us a little something for our trouble but that "something" was cold pizza. It was inedible and ended up in the trash. We will be seeking a refund in the morning ... read more
