DO NOT ORDER FROM FROM HERE EVER! Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out at 3pm and said they would be ready between 4:30-4:45pm. At 4:45pm, I was told they never printed our order and it would be another 45 minutes for our order. They didn't apologize AND said it "wasn't their fault" and there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE business sense.

I have ordered from this restaurant for the past 7 years. Their service has always been stellar, their delivery timely and their product excellent. That is until today. I was trying to order delivery for another family for 6 o'clock and was inquiring about the # of people fed by each order. The person on the other line was getting annoyed and frustrated with my questions, but he answered them as best he could. I have ordered from this restaurant for the past 7 years. Their service has always been stellar, their delivery timely and their product excellent. That is until today. I don't post reviews but I paid 70$ for two pies here and they were usually perfect over all the years I have been ordering from Vita, but as you can see in the image today was a total disaster the pizza was lukewarm at best while the crust is completely falling apart and looked like that when I opened the box, I think they used over fermented or old dough. I could literally pick up a pizza from aldi for 7$ and it would have been better. What has happened to this place?

I ordered my pizza at 4:44 on Wednesday, I got a used their pizza tracker and it was saying my pizza was done at 515 I left my house a few minutes after 515 to ensure my order was good to go. I arrived at the restaurant at 528. I was told it would be 20 minutes although annoyed I waited 20 minutes I then waited 30 and still nothing not even a smile. Came with the family for pizza dinner, what a disaster!! The pizza was made totally wrong, so only half of us had a chance eat at first. The next pizza to 30 minutes to arrive. We never ate together. The manager (was really the pizza maker, no mgr on duty) offered a 15% discount and assured me that made everything ok. Total ! I'll NEVER come back again!! The "manager " was disrespectful and had no idea how to handle the situation. And the service was terrible!!!
