We have been regular customers for years and years with Vita Bella but thru the years...the food and service has gone down hill. We ordered a pizza tonight along with the gorgonzola salad..no gorgonzola at all along with brown mushy avocados...not to mention, very little greens for the mere cost of $10.00. Worst place to order. If you want to get the wrong thing every single time, you'll get it here. The carry out girl sucks. They never ever know the menu. I asked the "manager in training" what was in one of their dishes and he had no clue. I have talked to so many people on the quality of the service there and it is just horrible. After a while of giving this place a chance, I am finally done and learned my lesson. Shame on me for thinking they will get their act together. Food decent but their service substantially lacking. They need to overhaul their process and hire more people so they can meet their time commitments. If you want a pizza. Be prepared to wait close to 2 hours and it is a thin crust and not deep dish. .

We used to order from them once a week. We always get the 20 in double dough with two or three meat choices. Since the new management everything has been horrible. They're new idea of double dough is just putting extra dough around the edges of the pizza. While the inside of it is still super super thin. They charge you for double though despite not giving it to you. Also whatever cheese they use is different because now it coagulates differently and there's so much more grease.
