This was the most pleasant car buying experience. Harold was great and very accommodating from the start. Buying a car during a worldwide pandemic would not have been our first choice, but due to a job change and new commute, it was necessary. Harold made us feel like family from the beginning. Mark made the paperwork portion painless. I would highly recommend them and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Difficult Issue solved with great communication and Empathy Issues were with new car that could not be readily resolved. Appeared to be idiosyncratic. Dealership service and manager-level communications were fantastic. Resolution was reached with Volvo USA.

40,000 service Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. WiFi while I waited was definitely a plus. The work was done as promised within the time frame and slightly under estimate. Only slight question was the very large price for this service. However, I am grateful for Volvo keeping us on road safely.
